The Future of Work
I was speaking at a client event that was discussing the future work environment and capabilities of enterprise sales folks.
As is often the case in my presentations, I laid out some future trends, posed some questions to the delegates and then let them fight it out between them!
(After all, who wants to listen to me bang on for an hour or so?!)
We began by looking at the future customer trends that we are all facing. I believe it is important to identify the ways in which your customers are changing because, as sales orgs, we need to adapt our approach to suit.
Using this as our lens, we then went on to discuss, in quite a lively and non-consensus building fashion, the answers to a series of big ideas; that ultimately spun off into different topics of focus…
