Elite adjective: Representing the most choice or select; best: an elite group of authors.
My suggestion is that you first decide whether being in the elite in the craft of sales, leadership and business is a group in which you wish to belong.
If not, that’s ok. But the discussion that follows is designed for the few who want to reach that level of performance.
Next decide what ‘Elite’ means to you.
You could decide to benchmark yourself against the industry, your peers and what the market defines as the elite. But why play to everyone else’s rules and expectations?
Becoming elite in your craft, becoming elite at what you do is not determined or defined by anybody else other than you.
Make the journey from the box that the market has placed you in, back to your authentic best. Define elite as a measure of how you express your authenticity in your salesmanship, leadership and business prowess.
There is immense talent sat in sales floors all over the world. Most of it is just not showing up to work!
Step 1: Decide to be the elite version of you in your craft.
Step 2: Define what this means and what this looks like. How do you operate when being elite?
Step 3: Make this your new normal. Refuse to compromise.
